THE XEND EXPRESS EXPERIENCE

It has been years of online trading, for me it has been 7 years and counting.  I have basically used all the couriers nationwide, from LBC, 2GO, Air21 and the likes.  I have used mostly Air21 courier in the past years because so far it's very reliable and cheaper.  Then time comes they have hiked up their rates almost equivalent to LBC rates so i have opted to shift to cheaper courier so i turned to Xend.  This i have used before but not so frequent because home pick-up does not work for me that time.  Around July last year i have renewed contacts with xend and thus created my shipment badge.  So far it has been convenient using Xend with all the items being picked-up from the convenience of your home or your work place. So you don't have to leave just to drop-off items just like the other courier does.  But sometimes you cannot avoid rotten tomatoes in pile of good ones.  I have had experienced the downside of using their service earlier this year.  It was around the end of January this year, Paulo, the Xend express employee whom we have trusted since he'd been assigned to our area picking-up the items for shipping.  He texted me asking if there's pick up for the day and so i have responded that items is still with me at the our office, which is situation in Tayuman area.  He's assigned around Pandacan and it's where our items was picked up every time we booked but he texted he can come by our office to pick up the items since the pick up scheduled is not so much.  So he was able to get around 6 packages or more from me.   Later we have heard that he was suspended so we waited for his return since my buyers reported that the packages was never received.   We have given him so much trust that at times when his tires need to be vulcanized, he borrow money from my mother and then he'll pay later and so unlucky for my sister because he personally owed her Php 500.
I have reported this case to Xend but no action was done except for the few exchange of e-mails. The new xend employee doing the pick up on our place later said that upon return he will be assigned to Makati area. As of now, no package was returned to me, it cost me money and somehow dent my seller reputation although most i have refunded or reshipped and a couple of negative feedback from buyer who kept their minds closed and never understand our situation. Well we still use Xend these days, hopefully this case will never happen again.
